To get even closer to its consumers in a different and refreshing way, the NIVEA lounge idea was mooted. A top-finished lounge replete with NIVEA sku’s, detailers and a standby dermatologist who tested shoppers’ skin type and recommended suitable NIVEA range. The lounge was activated for 2 days.

- Combo packs of NIVEA products purchased (tracked with the aid of detailing card)
- 215 consumers had their skins tested by the dermatologist.
